Our standard damp or timber survey fees including pre-purchase, usually range between £260-£340 depending on the size of the property, the scope of the survey, parking costs, congestion charge and location etc. whilst our combined damp and timber surveys usually range between £285-£385 and will be confirmed by the Independent Specialist Surveyor at the time of booking and prior to our inspection. In line with our current environmental policy reports will only be delivered electronically unless a hardcopy is requested. Payment will be required prior to producing a report and / or discussing our findings. Please ensure prompt payment is made as we endeavour to turn our reports around within 3-5 working days of attending the property and delays may result in us being unable to provide a report if you 'lose your place in the queue'.
